Make Sushi with your sweetie this Valentines in Bristol!

Sushi lovers will be glad to hear the latest news from Bristol-based Your Sushi, who have come up with a great idea for a Valentine’s Day celebration with a difference.


Your Sushi is organizing a Pop-Up restaurant for the 14th February 2012 which will also feature a short sushi making class with Chef Manu Letellier. (See Manu here)


We will be hosting a pop up sushi restaurant on February 14th at the Bristol's Park Street Cafe. With two evening sittings planned, guests will be treated to a three course meal – including a sushi making lesson from Your Sushi chef Manu Letellier.



The chef-made starter will include a selection of European sushi, nigiri sushi and miso soup, while the main course will be created by the diners themselves. A 30 minute class from Manu will teach diners how to make their own ura sushi and futo maki, which they will eat for their mains alongside a serving of freshly prepared sashimi.

For dessert, a glass of high grade Sake, plus “a Valentine’s surprise to be disclosed on the day”! It should also be noted that drinks aren’t included in the ticket, but will be available from the bar on the night.
