Your Sushi Terms and Conditions
1. To guarantee a booking, payment must be made to Your Sushi not less than 2 weeks before the event. Date of event and group numbers must be confirmed by us at time of payment. Individual cancellations will be charged as detailed in 4. and 5. below.
2. No specific date can be guaranteed prior to booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total due is required to confirm a booking.
3. Your Sushi is covered by public liability insurance to £1,000,000.
4. Cancellations within 1 week of the date of the event will not be refunded.
5. Cancellations more than 1 week prior to the event will be refunded, subject to the withholding of the non-refundable deposit.
6. All participants in Your Sushi activity days must sign a disclaimer.
7. Your Sushi will not be liable for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise to any client or their property.
8. The minimum order value per event outside the Bristol area is £300 plus transport costs at £1 per mile.
Declaration: By confirming a booking with Your Sushi, I confirm that I have read and that I understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as laid out in this document.
